摘要
目的研究营养膳食护理对老年骨折手术患者术后生活质量和营养指标的影响。方法选取2015年6月—2017年6月在我院营养科进行诊治的120例老年骨折手术患者,随机分为两组。对照组采用常规骨折手术护理,观察组采用营养膳食护理,比较两组的前白蛋白、白蛋白、血红蛋白、转铁蛋白等营养状态指标以及生活质量情况。结果观察组的前白蛋白、白蛋白、血红蛋白、转铁蛋白水平均明显高于对照组(P <0.05);两组护理后的生活质量评分值均明显升高(P<0.05),且观察组的生活质量评分值明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论营养膳食护理可以有效改善老年骨折手术患者术后的生活质量以及营养指标。
Objective To study the effect of nutritional diet nursing on postoperative quality of life and nutritional indicators in elderly patients with fracture surgery. Methods From June 2015 to June 2017, 120 elderly patients with fracture surgery were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given nutritional diet nursing. The nutritional status indicators such as prealbumin, albumin, hemoglobin and transferrin and quality of life of two groups were compared. Results The levels of prealbumin, albumin, hemoglobin and transferrin in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P 〈 0.05). After the nursing, the scores of quality of life in the two groups increased signifcantly (P 〈 0.05), and the quality of life score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Nutritional diet nursing can efectively improve the quality of life and nutritional indicators of elderly patients with fracture surgery.
