摘要
目的分析优质护理用于股骨头坏死全髋关节置换术患者的效果。方法此次研究抽取行股骨头坏死全髋关节置换术的患者62例,入院时间为2017年1月—2018年2月,依据护理模式差异性将所有患者均分为两组。常规护理的31例患者为参照组,应用优质护理的31例患者为研究组,最后比对护理效果。结果对比两组患者的Harris髋关节评分,研究组优于参照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。对比两组患者的生活质量评分,研究组比参照组高,组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论股骨头坏死全髋关节置换术患者应用优质护理可以提高其生活质量,同时促使髋关节功能的恢复。
Objective To analyze the efect of high quality nursing on total hip arthroplasty for patients with osteonecrosis of the femoral head. Methods 62 patients with total hip arthroplasty were selected from January 2017 to February 2018, and all the patients were divided into two groups according to the diference of nursing mode. 31 patients were given regular nursing as the reference group, 31 patients with high quality nursing as the research group, and fnally the nursing efect was compared. Results Compared with the Harris hip score of the two groups, the study group was better than the control group, the diference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Compared with the control group, the quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The quality of life of the patients with total hip arthroplasty can improve the quality of life and promote the recovery of the hip joint function, which can be further popularized in the clinic.
