摘要
目的对外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)与植入式静脉输液港(PORT)在乳腺癌化疗期的受益性比较。方法将我院2015年9月—2018年5月化疗的乳腺癌患者80例分为PICC组(n=40)及PORT组(n=40),比较两组置管并发症、维护时间、维护次数、患者生活质量等。结果 PORT组的并发症低于PICC组,维护次数、时间少于PICC组。PORT组生活质量优于PICC组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 PORT患者受益性明显高于PICC组。PORT可推荐为乳腺癌化疗期深静脉置管的理想选择。
Objective To compare the beneficial effects of peripherallyinserted central catheter （PICC） and implantable venous port （PORT）in the treatment of breast cancer during chemotherapy. Methods80 breast cancer patients with chemotherapy from September2015 to May 2018 in our hospital were divided into group PICC（n=40） and group PORT （n=40）. The complications, maintenancetime, maintenance times and quality of life of the two groups werecompared. Results The complications in group PORT were lowerthan those in group PICC, and the maintenance time and maintenancetimes were less than those in group PICC, the quality of life in groupPORT was signifcantly better than that in group PICC, the diferencewas statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion the beneft of PORTpatients was signifcantly higher than that of the PICC group. PORT canbe recommended as an ideal choice for deep vein catheterization duringbreast cancer chemotherapy.
