摘要
显微外科技术是显微神经外科学的重要组成部分,而显微神经外科是微侵袭神经外科的一个重要分支。掌握显微外科技术是将来成为一名合格的神经外科医生必备条件之一。以重视显微外科培训,强化显微解剖学习为培训主要内容的显微神经外科强化训练方式将成为主流,其中显微血管吻合技术的培训包括多种多样的技能训练方法和评估体系,是主要的培训基础课程,为整体提升神经外科医师的基础水平,加快成长速度,提供了新的思路和方法。使研究生、进修医生和规范化培训的医生能快速地适应显微镜下操作,从而保证显微神经外科工作顺利开展。
Microsurgical technique is an important component of microneurosurgery, which is a major branch of minimal invasive neurosurgery. The mastery of microsurgical technique is an essential criterion to be a qualified neurosurgeon. The strengthened microsurgical training program, which focuses on microsurgery teaching and microanatomy study, provides a novel approach to elevate the basic level and promoting the maturity of neurosurgeons. At present, the microvascular anastomosis training program includes a variety of skill training methods and assessment systems. It’s signifcant to make medical students and junior doctors operate surgical equipment quickly and efectively, and ensure the smooth operation of microneurosurgery.
