摘要
该文分析与评价了宁夏南部黄土丘陵区彭阳县白杨镇规划目前依据的相关指标条文规定及其存在的缺失本土地域特征的现状问题,基于人居环境形态可持续发展的角度,构建了白杨镇村镇规划控制指标体系的本土化发展思路。研究对编制宁夏相关法规与规范可提供思路与参考,对提升宁夏人居环境质量和新型城镇化建设、促进区域经济发展具有重要意义。
In this paper we analyzed and evaluated the index regulations related to village town planning in Loess Hilly Area of southern Ningxia, and also analyzed the problems of missing local characteristics. Based on the view of human settlement sustainable development, we constructed the localization development idea of village town planning control of Baiyang town. The research is very significant for improving the quality of human settlements and promoting the construction of new urbanization and regional economical development, which may provide the reference basis for formulating relevant coding and regulations on urban and rural planning in Ningxia.
