摘要
为了探讨紫锥菊、黄芪、银杏、金银花和甘草(简称紫黄银金甘)组方对鸡免疫功能和生产性能的影响,本研究利用300只1日龄健康海兰褐公鸡雏,设20、40和80 g/L紫黄银金甘组、空白对照组和阳性对照组,每组60只。自由采食、饮水,7日龄所有鸡用鸡新城疫活疫苗免疫。1日龄开始,在20、40和80 g/L紫黄银金甘组饮水中加入紫黄银金甘(分别按20、40和80 g/L加入紫黄银金甘),在阳性对照组的饮水中加入左旋咪唑(按0.05 g/L加入左旋咪唑),连喂28 d。分别于21、28、35和42日龄,采用血凝和血凝抑制试验检测紫黄银金甘对NDV抗体效价的影响;在7、14、21、28、35、42和49日龄,采用称重法检测紫黄银金甘对鸡体重和料肉比的影响。结果显示,紫黄银金甘能够提高NDV抗体效价,提高鸡的体重,降低料肉比。表明,紫黄银金甘可通过提高NDV抗体水平来提高机体的免疫功能,可通过促进鸡的生长发育和降低料肉比来提高鸡的生产性能。
In order to investigate echinacea, astragalus, ginkgo, honeysuckle, and licorice root（referred to as ZHYJG） formula for chicken immune function and the influence of production per‐formance, this study used 300 Hailanhe chickens, which males, health and have one day olds. 20,40 and 80 g/L purple Huang Yinjin group and positive control group, blank control group, each group have 60 chickens. At 7 days, all chickens are immunized with Newcastle disease vaccine.From the one day olds, in 20, 40, and 80 g/L purple Huang Yinjin group to join the purple Huang Yinjin gansu in drinking water（according to 20, 40 and 80 to join violet Huang Yinjin gansu re‐spectivly）, the positive control group to join levamisole in drinking water（according to 0.05 g/L join levamisole）, continuing feed 28 days. At the age of 21, 28, 35, 42 and 49 days, Hemaggluti‐nation and Hemagglutination lnhibition test were used to test the effect of ZHYJG on NDV antibody titer. At 7, 14, 21, 26, 35, 42 and 49 days old, weighed method was used to test the effect of ZHYJG on weight and feed conversion ratio. As a result, ZHYJG can increase the level of NDV anti‐bodies,increase chicken’s weight and reduce meat ratio. It indicate that ZHYJG can increase the immune function though increase the level of NDV antibodies. It also development and improve the production performance of chickens through promote chicken’s growth and reduce meat ratio.
