摘要 随着国内外电缆技术的迅速发展,电气性能良好的交联聚乙烯电缆取代了原有的电缆;为了对电缆的劣化值和使用寿命进行评估:首先对电缆产生高次谐波的原因进行了分析,对电缆的劣化值进行了量化百分比的处理;其次,对于劣化值在70%以上的电缆利用韦布尔系数推算其剩余寿命;最后通过对13条10kV高压电缆的老化情况和剩余寿命的测量与现有技术得到结果的对比显示出可以利用电缆的劣化情况,能较合理地估计电缆剩余寿命,指导电缆的维修和更换工作,为交联聚乙烯电缆的老化评估和寿命估计提供较为有效的方法。 With the rapid development of cable technology at home and abroad, cross-linked polyethylene cables with good electrical properties have replaced the existing cables, in order to evaluate the degradation value and service life of cables, the cause of high-order harmonic generation in cables was first analyze, quantify the degradation value of the cable. Secondly, use Weibull coefficient to estimate the remaining life of the cable whose degradation value is above 70%. Finally, measure the aging condition and remaining life of 13 10KV high-voltage cables. The comparison with the results obtained in the prior art shows that the degradation of the cable can be utilized, the remaining life of the cable can be reasonably estimated, the maintenance and replacement of the cable can be guided, and the aging evaluation and life estimation of the cross-linked polyethylene cable can be provided more effectively method.
