摘要
优选蚕沙果胶的提取工艺,并对其抗氧化活性进行研究。考察条件选定提取次数、提取时间和料液比,以提取量为指标,采用正交试验优选蚕沙果胶的提取工艺,并用分光光度法测定其抗氧化活性。蚕沙果胶的最佳提取工艺最终确定为提取2次,提取时间100 min,料液比1∶20,蚕沙果胶具有一定的还原能力,对羟自由基的EC50为195. 17μg/m L。蚕沙果胶的提取工艺简单稳定,具有一定的抗氧化活性。
Objective: To optimize extraction technology of pectin from silkworm excrement, and study on antioxidant activity. Methods: The influence of extraction times, extraction time and solid-liquid ratio were studied. Extraction of pectin from silkworm excrement was optimized by orthogonal test, with extraction as evaluating indicator. And the antioxidant activity of pectin from silkworm excrementwas also evaluated by spectrophotometry. Results: The optimal conditions are obtained as follows: extract frequency is 2, the time of extraction is 100 min, and solid-liquid ratio is 1:20. Pectin from silkworm excrement had a certain reducibility, and the EC50 values of scavenging hydroxyl radical was 195.17 μg/mL. Conclusion: The extraction process of pectin from silkworm sand is simple and stable, and has a certain antioxidant activity.
