摘要
研究旨在探讨氮肥种类、施用量和多效唑施用对金槐二次槐米性状的影响,为实现金槐二次结米提供技术支持。试验设置施加氮肥(高氮和中氮2种复合肥)+叶面喷施不同次数的多效唑(1,2,3次)和施加不同量的氮肥(高氮和中氮2种复合肥)2组处理,统计其结米枝数量、花序长、成熟一致度、花序鲜质量等指标。结果表明,施加高氮复合肥处理的金槐二次槐米的花序数、花序长、结米枝长、花序平均鲜质量都优于中氮处理;随着多效唑施用次数的增加,二次槐米的性状指标呈降低趋势;随着高氮、中氮肥施用量的增加,其花序数、结米枝数、开花一致度、花序长等指标呈降低趋势;金槐采摘完一次槐米后,及时补充0.5 kg左右的高氮复合肥、喷施一次350倍的多效唑溶液,可有效提高二次槐米的产量和质量。该方法可作为实现金槐二次结米的有效技术措施进行推广。
Effects of nitrogen fertilizer types, application amount and paclobutrazol on secondary flower characters of Sophorajaponica were studied, which provided technical support for secondary harvest. Applying nitrogen fertilizer(high nitrogen and mediumnitrogen compound fertilizer)with spraying different times paclobutrazol and different amount nitrogen fertilizer (high nitrogen andmedium nitrogen compound fertilizer) , the number of flower branches, inflorescence length, maturity consistency, inflorescence freshquality and other indexes were counted. The result showed that the inflorescence number, inflorescence length, branch length andinflorescence average fresh quality of Sophora japonica treated with high nitrogen compound fertilizer were better than those treated withmedium nitrogen. With the quality of the application times of paclobutrazol, the shape index of secondary flower decreased. With theincrease of high nitrogen and medium nitrogen fertilizer, the number of inflorescences, flower branches, flowering consistency andinflorescence length decreased. The yield and quality of secondary Sophora japonica flower could be improved by spraying paclobutrazol solution which concentretion was 350 times and 0.5 kg high nitrogen compound fertilizer, this method could be used as an effectivetechnical measure to realize secondary harvest in Sophora japonica.
