摘要
为了探究N、P、K、Si营养对青稞产量和品质的影响,以藏青2000为供试青稞品种,采用单因素试验与正交试验相结合开展试验研究。结果表明,①单一元素肥料施用仅氮素对青裸生长和产量因子有明显的积极效应,仅增施P、K、Si单一元素对青稞生长、产量及产董因子无明显的增产,甚至出现减产现象;②N、P、K、Si配合施用对青稞产量和品质影响显著。N、P、K、Si配合施用后青稞籽粒β-葡聚糖含量、蛋白质含量增加,而淀粉含量和粗脂肪含量降低;N、P、K、Si配合施用青稞增产效果十分明显,尤其是T20 (N_(225)P_(45)K_(225)Si_(1350))和T21(N_(225)P_(90)K_(75)Si_(1800))处理产量和产量因子总体反映较优。
In order to explore the effects of N, P, K & Si nutrition on the yiehl and quality of highland barley, the single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment were carried out. Zangqing 2000 was the test barley variety. The results showed that: (i) single element fertilizer application only nitrogen had a significant positive effect on the growth and yield factors of highland barley. Otherwise only increasing P, K, Si single element fertilizer had no significant effect on the growth, yield and yield factors of Zangqing2000. Even the yield reduced; (ii) N, P, K, Si combined application had a significant effect on the yield and quality of highland barley. The content of β-glucan and protein in- creased, but the content of starch and crude fat decreased after N, P, K and Si combined application, especially T20 ( N225 K225 Si1350 ) and T21 (N225P90K75Sil800) treatments the yield and yield factors of were better than other treatments.
