摘要
目的：探讨舰艇官兵的脑功能状态变化。方法：随机抽取2016年1月1日至2017年10月31日来我院疗养的舰艇官兵238例为研究组,通过脑功能活动状态测评与训练系统分析舰艇官兵的脑能力状态和脑健康状态的变化规律。结果：（1）舰艇官兵脑能力状态各测验项目值及偏离人数和百分比为：投入程度20.79,偏离100人（42.02%）、注意力24.18,偏离170人（71.43%）、抗干扰能力36.49,偏离110人（46.22%）、放松能力25.25,无偏离人员、记忆力6.65,没记忆64人（26.89%）、脑稳定能力54.67,偏离175人（73.53%）、思维抑制力37.15,偏离111人（46.64%）和左右优势116.78,左右脑平衡116人（48.74%）,左脑69人（28.99%）,右脑53人（22.27%）;（2）舰艇官兵脑健康状态各测验项目值及偏离人数和百分比为：大脑负荷68.43,偏离221人（92.86%）、大脑活性56.38,偏离85人（35.71%）、睡眠质量23.83,偏离211人（88.66%）、紧张焦虑27.54,偏离207人（86.97%）、疲劳程度28.73,偏离200人（84.03%）、情绪低落25.13,偏离214人（90.92%）。结论：舰艇官兵脑能力和脑健康状态存在更多的不同程度的异常情况,了解这些脑功能活动状态变化可帮助舰艇官兵正确了解和掌控大脑,建立起以脑为对象,舰艇官兵独立个体为主的自我学习、训练、评测的自动化心理素质提升的科学规范方法。
Objective： To study the brain function state of naval soldiers.Methods： We randomly selected 238 naval soldiers as study group from 1 Jan.in 2016 to 31 Oct.in 2017 in a sanatorium convalescent,analyzed change rule of brain state of brain capacity and brain health of naval soldiers by brain function activity state assessment and training system.Results：（1）Brain state of brain capacity of naval soldiers for each test item value and deviation number and percentage as： Input level20. 79,deviation number100（ 42.02%）,pay attention to wake up 24.18,deviation number 170（ 71.43%）,resistance to interference 36.49,deviation number 74（ 31.09%）,degree of relax 25.25,no deviation number,memory 6.65,deviation number64（ 26.89%）,brain stability 54. 67,deviation number 175（ 73. 53%）,thought inhibition 37. 15,deviation number 111（ 46.64%） and left and right brains advantage 116.78,Cerebral balance number 116（ 48.74%）,The left brain deviation number69（ 28.99%）,The right brain deviation number 53（ 22. 27%）.（2）Brain state of energy efficiency of brain healthy of naval soldiers for each test item value and deviation number and percentage as： Brain workload 68.43,deviation number 221（ 92.86%）,brain activity 56.38,deviation number 85（ 35. 71%）,quality of sleep 35. 39,deviation number 211（ 88. 66%）,tension anxious 27.54,deviation number 207（ 86.97%）,degree of fatigue 28.73,deviation number 200（ 84.03%） and emotion low spirits 25.13,deviation number 214（ 89. 92%）. Conclusion： There are different degrees of anomalies of brain function state of brain capacity and brain health on naval soldiers. Understanding these anomalies can help naval soldiers correctly understand and control the brain,set up the self-learning,training and evaluation scientific standard method for improving the psychological quality of automation of the independent individual of naval soldiers on the basement of taking the brain as the object.
