摘要
某型商用车上的驱动桥差速器齿轮垫片及部分衬套的材质由钢改为铜合金镀层材料,道路试验发现齿轮油中铜元素含量严重超标。为查明铜元素的来源,通过模拟试验判断磨损作用以及腐蚀作用是否会导致铜元素进入齿轮油中,最终确定铜元素是通过齿轮油对铜合金镀层零部件的腐蚀作用进入齿轮油中。
The material of drive axle differential gear gasket and liner on a commercial vehicle was changed from steel to copper alloy coating,which leaded to high increase of copper content during the field test. Through simulation test,it was judged whether wearing effect or corrosive effect would lead copper into gear oil. Finally,it was determined that copper element enters the gear oil through the corrosive effect of gear oil on the parts of copper alloy coating.
