摘要 目的:探讨MRI在军事训练致膝关节损伤中的诊断价值。方法:选取2017-01-01~2018-06-30在我院诊断的军事训练致膝关节损伤患者98例,后失诊2例,纳入研究共96例。以关节镜检查结果作为诊断标准,根据患者首次检查方法将其分为MRI组(n=62)与CT组(n=34)。比较2种检查方式诊断膝关节损伤的临床价值。结果:96例患者损伤类型中,84例隐匿性骨折、84例韧带损伤、45例半月板损伤。MRI组诊断符合率为96.8%,高于CT组的73.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MRI与CT均可诊断军事训练致膝关节损伤,但MRI的敏感性与特异性高,诊断准确率高,更具有推广普及价值。 Objective: To study the diagnostic value of MRI in knee joint injury caused by military training. Methods. Ninety- eight cases with knee joint injuries caused by military training diagnosed in our hospital from 2017-01-01 to 2018-06-30, two eases were lost, and 96 eases were selected in this study.The diagnostic criteria,all patients were divided result of arthroscopic examination was used as the into MRI group(n=62) and CT group(n=34) according to the first examination methods.The clinical value of two diagnostic methods in the diagnosis of knee joint injury were compared.Results:Among the 96 cases with injury types, 84 cases with occult fractures,84 eases with ligament injury,and 45 cases with meniscus injury. The diagnostic accuracy rate of the MRI group was 96.8%0,which was higher than that of CT group 73.5%, the difference was statistically significant ( P〈0.05). Conclusion. Both MRI and CT can be used to diagnose knee joint injury caused by military training. MRI with high susceptibility and speeificity as well as high accuracy in diagnosis, which should be popularized application.
