摘要
通过在钢绳芯输送带上加装防横断在线检测装置,实现动态监控输送带运行状况的目的,及时发现输送带运行过程中出现的绳芯锈蚀、断芯、断股、偏移、接头抽动、移位等情况,及时进行预警,合理安排时间进行检修处理,确保输送带安全、高效运行。
In order to realize the dynamic monitoring of the running condition of the conveyer belt by installing the on-line detection device on the steel cord conveyor belt, the dynamic monitoring of the running condition of the conveyer belt is realized, and the rust, the core breaking, the broken strand,the offset, the joint pumping and the displacement during the operation of the conveyer belt are found in time, and the early warning and reasonable arrangement of the time are made to ensure the handling of the conveyor belt. The conveyer belt runs safely and efficiently.
