摘要 加速康复外科（enhanced recovery after surgery,ERAS）的概念最早由丹麦哥本哈根大学Kehlet于1997年提出,其理念是采用有循证医学证据的围手术期处理的一系列优化措施,以减少手术病人的生理及心理的创伤应激,达到加速康复。临床上ERAS理念最早应用于结直肠外科。
