摘要 三通管件是构成冷库管路系统的主要管道元件。受制造工艺的影响,许多厂家至今仍在使用非正规开孔、焊接三通。为了了解焊接三通相对于标准三通的安全性与对主管和支管出口流量分配的影响,应用有限元分析和计算流体力学方法,采用Fluent软件对标准三通、焊接三通充分发展的流场进行了稳态数值模拟。通过比较两种三通应力、出口处流量和速度分布可知,焊接三通上的应力更集中,支管流量更小,管路流阻更大,标准三通比焊接三通更加节能。 Tee is the main pipe component that constitutes the refrigeration piping system. Due to the influence of the manufacturing process, many manufacturers still use the tee of irregular opening and irregular welding. In order to study the safety of the weld tee relative to the standard tee and the influence on the flow distribution of the main pipe and the branch pipe outlet, the flow field of the fully developed standard tee and welding tee was numerically simulated by Fluent software using the finite element analysis and computational fluid dynamics method. By comparing the stress and outlet flow and velocity distribution of the two tees, the stress of the welded tee was more concentrated, the flow of the branch pipe was smaller, the flow resistance of the pipeline was larger, and the standard tee was more energy-efficient than the welded tee.
