摘要
将喷墨打印用油墨色浆与伪装结合在一起,从分散剂的用量以及砂磨时间等方面探究色浆的制备工艺。通过对色浆的可见光-近红外光谱曲线进行测试,研究粒径分布对光谱曲线的影响。结果表明:当色浆用量为600 g、分散剂用量为20 g、砂磨时间为60 min时,可以达到最佳的分散效果;随着色浆体系粒径分布的降低,光谱曲线的反射率也逐渐降低;与常见的几种健康植被绿叶比较,制备的色浆基本可以模拟绿色植被的可见光-近红外光谱,具备一定的伪装效果。
The ink paste used for ink-jet printing was combined with camouflage,and the preparation process of color paste was explored from the aspects of dispersant dosage and sand milling time. The results show that,when the dosage of color paste is600 g,the dispersant dosage is 20 g,and the grinding time is 60 min,the best dispersing effect can be achieved. The effect of the particle size distribution on the spectral curve was summarized by measuring the visible light near infrared spectrum of the color paste. The reflectance of the spectral curve decreases with the decrease of the size distribution of the color paste system.And compared with the common green and healthy green leaves,the prepared color paste can basically simulate the visible light near infrared spectrum of green vegetation,and has a certain camouflage effect.
