资金管理不仅是企业财务管理中的重点管理对象,也是企业管理中极为重要的一部分,处于企业管理体系中的核心地位。企业资金管理的好坏直接关系着企业的发展变化情况。对于企业众多的工程项目而言,这些项目的顺利开展离不开资金的支持,若资金管理不当,就极易造成工程项目资金短缺的问题。因此,在企业的日常管理过程中,必须要加强资金管理,有效防范资金管理中的问题,制定相应的防范措施,以更好地维持企业正常的运转。
