摘要
对掘进机不同工况下截割减速器的振动加速度信号进行采集,并对振动加速度信号进行了时域、频域和时频域分析。在进行时频域分析时,采用变分模态分解得到若干个本征模函数,对每个分量信号进行Teager能量算子解调,在时频分析图中分析瞬时频率的变化情况。280Hz和350Hz左右的频率反复出现,与掘进机的工作频率有关。所得结论为研究掘进机的振动特性、优化结构设计、监测实时状态及进行故障诊断等提供了数据支持。
The vibration acceleration signal of the cutting reducer under different working conditions of roadheader was collected and analyzed in the time domain,frequency domain and time-frequency domain. In time-frequency domain,some intrinsic mode functions were obtained using variational mode decomposition,each component signal was demodulated by Teager energy operator,and the variation of instantaneous frequency was analyzed. The frequencies of 280 Hz and350 Hz appeared repeatedly,which is related to the working frequency of the roadheader. The conclusion provides data support for the study on vibration characteristics of the roadheader,optimization of the structure design,monitoring of the real time state and implementation of fault diagnosis.
