摘要
以一种调平装置调平机构为研究对象,通过绘制机构简图,利用矢量方程和几何解析法建立调平机构运动数学模型.运用Matlab的强大计算和图解功能求解所建立的数学模型,得到调平机构筒件高度h与筒件转角度θ之间的关系曲线图,以及调平机构筒件转角度θ与滑块位移Sc之间的数学关系,为确定调平机构筒件高度、筒件最大转角度以及滑块最大位移提供一定的理论支撑,为设计出满足工作要求的调平装置提供可靠的数学依据.
In this paper,a leveling mechanism of leveling device is taken as the research object. By drawing mechanism diagram,the motion mathematical model of leveling mechanism is established by using the vector equation and the geometric analytic method. By using the powerful calculation and graphic function of Matlab,the mathematical model is solved. The relation diagram between the height of the cylinder h and the rotation angle of the cylinder θ of the leveling mechanism is obtained,as well as the mathematical relationship between the rotation angle of the cylinder θ and the displacement of the slider Scof the leveling mechanism. All of above will provide certain theoretical support for determining the height of the cylinder,the maximum rotation angle of the cylinder and the maximum displacement of the slider of the leveling mechanism,and provide reliable mathematical basis for designing the leveling device that meets the requirements of work.
