摘要
医改是当前医院进行全面改革的简称,之所以要进行医改是为了使我国的医疗服务水平越来越高,为了不断满足人们日益增长的就医需求。目前医改在医院的整体工作中处于重要地位,本文立足于医院的医疗改革实际,利用思政工作,为推动医改的顺利实施营造良好的医院文化氛围,综合各个方面,分析思政工作与医院文化建设在医改中的重要作用。
Medical reform is the abbreviation of the current comprehensive reform of hospitals,the reason for medical reform is to raise the level of medical service in our country,in order to meet people＇s growing demand for medical treatment. At present, medical reform is playing an important role in the overall work of hospitals,based on the actual situation of medical reform in hospitals, this article uses ideological and political work,in order to promote the smooth implementation of medical reform and create a good hospital cultural atmosphere, the important role of ideological work and hospital culture construction in medical reform is analyzed in all aspects.
