摘要
本文从力学角度研究了一次喷射厚度下的喷射混凝土终凝后的受力形式,并从试验角度验证和分析了混凝土一次喷射厚度与其破坏形式之间的关系。研究表明,随着一次喷射厚度的增加,混凝土所受弯拉应力增长速度高于剪切应力增长速度;当混凝土一次喷射厚度小于200mm时,混凝土中的剪切应力大于弯拉应力,混凝土破坏以剪切破坏为主,当混凝土一次喷射厚度大于200mm时,混凝土中的剪切应力小于弯拉应力,混凝土破坏以弯拉破坏为主,力学分析与试验结果相符;通过降低单位混凝土的表观密度可提高混凝土的一次喷射厚度。
In this paper, stress types of concrete solidification after one shot spraying is studied from a mechanical point of view, and the relationship between single-shotcrete thickness(SST)and its failure mode is verified and analyzed from a experimental point of view. The results show that with the increase of SST, the growth rate of the tensile stress of concrete is higher than the growth rate of shear stress. When the SST is less than 200 mm, the shear stress in concrete is greater than the bending stress resulting in shear failure damage mainly. As for the SST is more than 200 mm, the shear stress in concrete is less than the bending stress, and the concrete failure is mainly caused by bending and tensile failure. The mechanical analysis is consistent with the experimeental results. The SST of concrete can be increased by reducing the apparent appearance of unit concrete.
