摘要
目的分析与研究慢性结石性胆囊炎实施疏肝利胆汤治疗的临床疗效。方法本次研究的对象为2016年6月至2017年12月在我院接受治疗的80例慢性结石性胆囊炎患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各40例。给予对照组常规治疗,观察组采用疏肝利胆汤治疗,比较两组治疗效果和临床症状消失时间。结果观察组治疗效果以及临床症状消失时间优于对照组,其数据对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对慢性结石性胆囊炎患者实施疏肝利胆汤治疗效果显著。
Objective to analyze and study clinical effect of Dispersing Stagnated Liver for Promoting Bile Flow Decoction in treatment of chronic calculous cholecystitis. Methods choose 80 cases chronic calculous cholecystitis patients treated in our hospital from June 2016 to December 2017 as study objects, divide them into observation and control group randomly, 40 cases in each. Control group was treated with routine treatment, and observation group with Dispersing Stagnated Liver for Promoting Bile Flow decoction. Compare curative effect and clinical symptom disappearance time between two groups. Results curative effect and clinical symptom disappearance time of observation group was better than control group, difference was statistically significant between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Dispersing Stagnated Liver for Promoting Bile Flow Decoction has significant curative effect on chronic calculous cholecystitis.
