摘要
介绍了先后三代基因编辑技术,即锌指核酸酶系统、类转录激活因子效应物核酸酶系统、规律成簇的间隔短回文重复序列系统;综述了基因编辑技术在水稻分子育种中的应用,以及基于CRISPR最新开发的CRISPR/Cpf1、单碱基编辑技术和无外源DNA污染的基因编辑技术;最后,对基因编辑技术将来的发展以及在水稻育种上的应用前景进行了展望。
This article briefly introduced the thine generations of gene editing technology, namely zinc -finger nuclease (ZFNs), transcription activator- like effector nucleases (TALENs), the clusted regularly interspersed short palindromic repeats/CRISPR- associated (CRISPR/Cas). The research progress of gene editing technology on site gene modification in rice bleeding, and CRISPR, CRISPR/Cpfl (CRISPR from Prevotella and Francisella 1 ) , single base editing technology and gene editing technology without exogenous DNA contamination were reviewed. In the end, the prospects of genetic editing technology for future rice bleeding were dis- cussed.
