摘要
目的观察麒麟丸联合达英-35治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者的疗效及对激素水平和排卵的影响。方法选取PCOS患者80例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组仅给予达英-35治疗,观察组采用麒麟丸与达英-35联合治疗,比较治疗前后两组促黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)水平,比较两组治疗后总有效率、排卵率及妊娠率情况。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率95.0%,对照组总有效率65.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=11. 250,P<0.05);治疗后两组患者LH、FSH、T水平均降低,E2水平均升高(P<0.05),且观察组改善程度高于对照组(P<0.05);随访3个月后,对照组和观察组排卵率分别为52.5%、82.5%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=8. 205,P<0.05),观察组妊娠率显著高于对照组(χ2=8.901,P<0.05)。结论麒麟丸联合达英-35治疗PCOS患者较单独使用达英-35疗效更为显著,能有效改善患者的排卵率及激素水平,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the effect of Kirin pill combined with Diane-35 in the treatment of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome（ PCOS） and its effects on hormone levels and ovulation. Methods80 patients with PCOS were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Diane-35 while the Kirin pill combined with Diane-35 for the observation group.The luteinizing hormone（ LH）,folliclestimulating hormone（ FSH）,testosterone（ T）,and fetus alcohol（ E2） levels were compared in the two groups before and after treatment,and the total efficiency,ovulation and pregnancy rates were compared after treatment.Results After treatment,the total efficiency rate was 95.0% in the observation group and65.0% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 0.05）. Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the hormone levels between the two groups（ P 0.05）. After treatment,the LH,FSH,and T levels in the two groups were decreased and the E2 levels were increased（ P〈0.05）,and the improvement level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（ P〉0.05）.After 3 months of follow-up,the ovulation rates in the observation group and the control group were52.5% and 82.5%,respectively.The difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.The pregnancy rate in the observation group（ 55.0%） was significantly higher than that in the control group（ 22.5%）,and the difference was statistically significant（ χ^2= 8. 901,P 0. 05）. Conclusion The Kirin pill combined with Diane-35 is more significant in the treatment PCOS than Diane-35.It can effectively improve the ovulation rate and hormone level of patients.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
