摘要
目的研究盐酸左氧氟沙星联合热毒宁注射液治疗社区获得性肺炎老年患者的临床效果。方法选取南阳南石医院2016年3月-2017年6月社区获得性肺炎老年患者90例按数字随机方法分为两组,每组各45例,对照组给予盐酸左氧氟沙星治疗,观察组给予盐酸左氧氟沙星+热毒宁注射液治疗,2周后比较两组临床疗效、症状(咳嗽、啰音)消失时间、白细胞复常时间、体温恢复时间、住院天数、致病菌清除率。结果两组总有效率观察组97.78%明显高于对照组77.78%(χ~2=8.389,P<0.05);观察组咳嗽、啰音消失时间、体温恢复时间、白细胞复常时间明显低于对照组(P<0. 05),住院天数明显少于对照组(P<0. 05);观察组致病菌清除率95.35%明显高于对照组76.19%(χ~2=4. 949,P=0. 026)。结论社区获得性肺炎老年患者采取盐酸左氧氟沙星联合热毒宁注射液治疗,能有效清除致病菌,改善患者症状,加快康复进程。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of levofloxacin hydrochloride combined with reduning injection in the treatment of elderly patients with community-acquired pneumonia.Methods 90 elderly patients with community-acquired pneumonia in our hospital from March 2016 to June 2017 were divided into two groups according to different treatment regimens,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with levofloxacin hydrochloride,while the observation group was treated with levofloxacin hydrochloride and reduning injection.After 2 weeks＇ treatment,the disappearance time of symptoms（ cough and Rale） of the two groups,the time of leukocyte recovery,the time of body temperature recovery,the number of days of hospitalization and the clearance rate of pathogenic bacteria were compared.Results After 2 weeks＇ treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group（ 97.78%） was significantly higher than that of the control group（ 77. 78%）,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）.The disappearance time of cough and Rale,temperature recovery time and the time of leukocyte recovery in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group. The number of days in hospital was fewer than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P0.05）.The clearance rate of pathogenic bacteria in the observation group（ 95.35%） was higher than that in control group（ 76.19%）,and the difference was statistically significant（ P0.05）.Conclusion The curative efficacy of elderly patients with community-acquired pneumonia treated with levofloxacin combined with reduning injection is significant. It can effectively remove the pathogenic bacteria,improve the symptoms of the patients and accelerate the recovery process.
