摘要
目的探讨中西医结合护理在膀胱肿瘤患者术后的应用效果。方法选取2016年9月至2017年12月间陕西省榆林市中医医院收治的78例行手术治疗的膀胱肿瘤患者,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组39例。观察组患者采用中西医结合护理,对照组患者采用西医常规护理,比较两组患者的导尿管拔管时间、住院时间和膀胱痉挛发生情况等。结果两组患者术后均发生了不同程度的膀胱痉挛,观察组以轻度膀胱痉挛为主(53.8%),对照组以重度膀胱痉挛为主(53.8%),观察组患者轻度膀胱痉挛发生率高于对照组,重度膀胱痉挛发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者术后导尿管拔管时间和住院时间均短于对照组,住院费用低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论膀胱肿瘤患者术后采用中西医结合护理,能有效减少术后中、重度膀胱痉挛发生,缩短拔管时间,加快术后康复,节省住院费用。
Objective To explore the efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese medicine in combination with western medicine in postoperative nursing in patients with bladder cancer. Methods A total of78 patients with bladder cancer who underwent surgical treatment at Yulin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2016 to December 2017 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group with 39 patients in each group by random number table method. The observation group received nursing based on integrated traditional Chinese medicine in combination with western medicine. The control group received routine western medicine nursing. The extubation time,length of hospital stay and incidence of bladder spasm were compared between the two groups. Results Different degrees of bladder spasm occurred in both groups after surgery. Most patients in the observation group mainly had mild spasm（ 53. 8%）,and most patients in the control group had severe spasm（ 53. 8%）. The incidence of mild bladder spasm in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of severe spasm was significantly lower than that in the control group（ all P〈0. 05）. The postoperative extubation time and length of hospital stay were significantly shorter in the observation group than in the control group,and hospitalization costs were significantly lower than in the control group（ all P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Nursing based on integrated traditional Chinese medicine in combination with western medicine can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative moderate and severe bladder spasm,shorten the time to extubation,speed up postoperative recovery,and save hospital costs in postoperative patients with bladder tumors.
