重症活动性肺结核患者凝血功能变化的临床分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨重症活动性肺结核患者凝血功能的变化及其意义。方法将130例肺结核患者根据病情严重程度分为重症组和轻症组,分析2组患者凝血功能指标的对比情况,比较重症组在治疗前后凝血功能的指标变化。结果重症组血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、D-二聚体(DD)四项指标明显高于轻症组(P <0. 05);重症组治疗2周后患者血浆PT、APTT、D-D明显好转(P <0. 05)。结论重症活动性肺结核患者易导致凝血功能障碍,随着病情好转而改善。
