构建商业性体育赛事观众满意度测评指标体系的研究 被引量:6

摘要 借鉴顾客满意度的研究思路与方法,运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、专家调查法、数理统计法、层次分析法等,对商业性体育赛事观众满意度进行研究。以层次分析法作为本研究定性描述与定量分析相结合的工具,构建商业性体育赛事观众满意度测评指标体系,确定了6个一级指标,29个二级指标及其权重,并通过实证研究,建立了一套可操作化、可量化的测评指标体系,实现对观众满意度的科学评价与判断,为商业性体育赛事观众满意度的测评提供一个科学的模式和思路。 Based on the ideas and methods of customer' s satisfaction research, this paper used logical analysis, expert survey, mathematical statistics, the Analytic Hierarchy Process to study on the audi- ence satisfaction of the commercial sports events. Using AHP as the analysis tools combined qualitative and quantitative description, the paper constructed the commercial sports audience satisfaction evalua- tion index system, with identifying 6 the first - level indicators and 29 the second - level indicators and its weight, and through empirical research to establish a workable, scalable evaluation index system, which realized a scientific evaluation and judgment on audience satisfaction and provided a scientific model and ways for the audience satisfaction measurement of the commercial sports events.
