摘要
目的探讨在表面麻醉下,电子喉镜下声带息肉及声带小结门诊手术的疗效。方法 2016年1月至2017年12月,474例声带息肉或声带小结患者在我院门诊行电子喉镜下声带息肉、声带小结摘除手术,一次性完成手术466例,2次完成手术8例。结果术后一月复查,406例(85.7%)治愈, 68例(14.3%)好转,总有效率100%,无并发症发生。结论电子喉镜下声带息肉及声带小结摘除术疗效确切,具有视野清晰、操作准确、微创等优点,手术成功率高,费用低,值得在声带息肉及声带小结治疗中广泛应用。
Objective To study the efficacy of outpatient operation for vocal cord polyp and vocal cord nodules under electronic laryngoscope with topic anesthesia. Methods 474 cases of vocal cord polyp and nodules from January 2016 to December 2017 were received the operation with electronic laryngoscope in outpatient service. 466 cases were cured by one operation and 8 cases by two operations. Results Coming back for review in a month, 406 cases（85.7%） were recured, and 68 cases（14.3%） were improved.The total effective rate was 100.0%. Conclusion The electronics laryngoscope descend vocal cord polyp and nodules had the curative effect,and had the advantage with clear view and accurate operation. The operation with higher success rate and lower cost should be promoted.
