摘要
目的观察综合性护理用于肋骨骨折伴肺不张患者的护理效果。方法选取2016年11月至2017年11月在我院治疗的88例肋骨骨折伴肺不张患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组44例给予常规护理,观察组44例给予综合性护理,比较两组的临床效果。结果观察组的机械通气时间(8.1±5.22)d、ICU住院时间(8.6±5.85)d均短于对照组(12.6±5.73)d、(15.9±5.77)d;观察组的气管插管率、并发症发生率分别为22.73%、2.27%均低于对照组47.73%、13.67%。观察组护理满意度为95.45%高于对照组81.82%,两组比较有明显差异(P<0.05),具有可比性。结论综合性护理用于肋骨骨折伴肺不张患者,有效促进肺复张,减少并发症发生率,缩短住院时间,取得显著的临床效果,具有重要的研究价值。
Objective To observe the nursing effect of comprehensive nursing for patients with rib fracture along with atelectasis. Methods 88 cases are divided into the control group（n =44,receiving conventional nursing） and the observation group（n =44,receiving comprehensive nursing）. Results The mechanical ventilation time of the observation group was（8.1±5.22） days and the hospital stay time in the ICU was（8.6±5.85） days,which is shorter than that of the control group（（12.6±5.73） days and（15.9 ±5.77） days）. The tracheal intubation rate and complication rate in the observation group were 22.73% and 2.27% respectively, which were lower than those in the control group（47.73% and 13.67%）.The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.45%, which was higher than that of the control group（81.82%）（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing is effective in promoting pulmonary re extension, reducing the incidence of complications, shortening the time of hospitalization, and achieving significant clinical results.
