摘要
近年来,技术性贸易壁垒已成为我国LED照明产品出口的最大障碍。本文以2018年1月美国消费品安全委员会召回我国出口的LED照明产品案件为研究对象,分析了我国LED照明出口产品遭遇技术性贸易壁垒的原因和影响,指出我国LED照明产业在应对国外技术性贸易壁垒方面存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策和建议。
In recent years, technical harriers to trade have become the biggest obstacle to the export of LED lighting products in China. This paper takes the ease of CPSC recalling LED lighting products exported by China in January 2018 as the research object, analyzes the reasons and effects of technical barriers to trade for LED lighting products exported by China, points out the existing problems in China＇s LED lighting industry in dealing with foreign technical barriers to trade, then puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
