摘要
为退休职工提供信息服务是高校图书馆的职责之一,同时也拓展、创新了信息服务。结合高校退休教职工学历、兴趣、以及曾从事专业等特性,高校图书馆退休职工读者可划分为研究型、休闲型、实用型三种,他们有着特殊的阅读习惯及共性要求。把握这些特性与规律,文章从前期准备工作、开展特色服务、馆员素质要求三个方面探讨了高校图书馆退休职工读者信息服务的开展。
It is one of the responsibilities of university libraries to serve the retired staff, which expands and innovates its information service at the same time. Considering their qualifications, interests, and professions, the re- tired staff readers of university library can be divided into three types: research, leisure, and practice, who have spe- cial reading habits and common requirements. Fully grasping these rules, the article discusses the characteristic infor- mation service for the retired staff readers in university library from three aspects: preparation work, characteristic in- formation service and quality requirements for librarians.
