摘要
目的观察在西药的基础上,血府逐瘀汤结合针刺治疗外伤性视神经损伤的临床疗效。方法选取符合纳入标准的53例(60眼)外伤性视神经损伤患者,随机分为观察组27例(31眼)及对照组26例(29眼)。对照组予以脱水、激素和神经营养进行治疗,总疗程4周。观察组在相同西药治疗的基础上,加用中药血府逐瘀汤及针刺。观察2组治疗前后视力、视野、视觉诱发电位等主要观察指标的变化。结果 2组治疗后视力、视野、视觉诱发电位潜伏期均有所改善,观察组改善均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论在西药治疗的基础上,血府逐瘀汤结合针刺治疗外伤性视神经疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the curative effects of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with acupuncture on the basis of Western medicine in the treatment of traumatic optic nerve injury. Methods 53 patients （60 eyes） with traumatic optic nerve injury were randomly divided into observation group （27 patients, 31 eyes） and control group （26 patients, 29 eyes）. 2 groups were given dehydrated, corticosteroid and neurotrophic therapy. In addition, the observation group was treated combining Xuefu Zhuyu decoction and acupuncture treatment. The total treatment course was 4 weeks. The main indices like visual acuity, FV and VEP were observed before and after treatment and compared between 2 groups. Results All indices were improved after treatment, and effects of observation group were better than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with acupuncture treatment on the basis of Western medicine has good curative effects on traumatic optic nerve injury, and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
