摘要
目的了解手动提插捻转针刺肺俞治疗哮喘大鼠后,对脊神经电位幅度和传导时间的影响。方法 Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、肺俞穴组和非经非穴组,每组10只。卵蛋白(OVA)制敏、诱导建立哮喘大鼠模型,PowerLab八通道生理记录仪采集脊神经电变化。结果肺俞组虽然在无针刺时与正常组,模型组和非经非穴组脊神经电活动幅度比较均没有统计学差别(均P>0.05),但是在针刺,捻转和停止捻转3种情况下均明显高于正常对照组、模型组和非经非穴组(均P<0.05),在捻转和停止捻转后其脊神经复合神经电活动幅度可以增高一倍。模型组的传导时间明显长于正常组,而经过针刺肺俞3周后再次检测的肺俞向脊髓的传导时间则下调,而非经非穴组肺俞到脊髓的传导时间明显长于肺俞组(均P<0.05)。结论手动提插捻转针刺肺俞治疗哮喘大鼠可以提高相应节段脊神经兴奋性,加快神经信号的传导。
Objective To investigate the effect of manually acupuncture Feishu (BL13) on the amplitude of spinal nerve electricity and conduction time in the treatment of asthmatic rats. Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into the normal control group, the model group, the Feishu group and the non-channel-non-acupoint group, with 10 rats in each group. Ovalbumin (OVA) was sensitized and induced to establish rat model of asthma. The electrical changes of the spinal nerve were collected by the PowerLab eight channel physiological recorder. Results Although in the absence of acupuncture, Feishu group was compared with and normal group, model group and non-channel-non-acupoint group, spinal nerve compound nerve electricity amplitude had no significant difference (P 〉 0.05), but in the needling, twirling of needle and stop twirling three cases were significantly higher than the normal group, model group and non-channel-non-acupoint group (all P〈0.05), the amplitude of the spinal nerve compound nerve electricity can be doubled after twisting and stopping twisting. The conduction time in the model group was significantly longer than that in the normal group (P〈0.05), while the conduction time in the Feishu (BL13) to spinal cord after the three week of acupuncture at the Feishu (BL13) was reduced (P〈0.05), but the conduction time in the Feishu (BL13) to the spinal cord was significantly longer than that non-channel-non-acupoint group. Conclusion The treatment of by manual Feishu (BL13) acupuncture asthma rats can improve the excitability of the corresponding spinal nerve and accelerate the conduction of the nerve signal.
