摘要
贵州地区,气候多湿热,且本地人嗜食辛辣肥甘,故湿热证多见。鉴于此,李兰教授在多年运用分消走泄法的基础上创立了"湿热分消饮",不仅湿热内阻之外感温病用之,而且内伤杂病,甚至危重病也不必拘泥。本文总结李兰教授临证运用分消走泄法治疗湿热病的临证经验,分析临证治疗湿热病的用药经验和学术思想,为名中医经验方的推广应用奠定基础,对总结,传承,发扬名中医治疗湿热病的经验,具有一定意义。
