摘要
目的探讨益肾健脾活血汤治疗原发性肾病综合征的临床疗效。方法本次研究对象选取我院的原发性肾病综合征患者100例,收治时间为2016年12月—2018年3月,按照接受治疗方式的不同分为对照组和实验组2组,2组患者分别为50例,对照组患者接受标准疗程的激素、双嘧达莫、ACEI药物以及其它西药的对症治疗,实验组患者在对照组患者的基础上加用益肾健脾活血汤治疗,2组患者接受连续8周的治疗。将2组患者的临床疗效以及各项化验的指标进行对比分析。结果实验组患者的临床总有效率为92.0%,比对照组患者高18.0%,比较差异显著,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。2组患者的血肌酐、血清胆固醇、血尿素氮以及24 h尿蛋白含量均得到了改善,但是实验组患者的改善程度要显著优于对照组患者,比较差异显著,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论原发性肾病综合征患者接受益肾健脾活血汤治疗后的临床疗效较为显著,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yishen Jianpi Huoxue decoction in treating primary nephrotic syndrome.Methods This study selected 100 patients with primary nephrotic syndrome in our hospital from December 2016 to March 2018. According to the different treatment methods, the patients were divided into the control group and the experimental group. The two groups were 50 cases respectively. The control group received the standard hormone, dipyridamole, ACEI drugs, and the control group. In the treatment of other Western medicine, the patients in the experimental group were treated with Yishen Jianpi Huoxue decoction on the basis of the control group. The two groups were treated for 8 weeks. The clinical efficacy of two groups of patients and the test indicators were compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 92%, which was higher than 18% of the control group, and the difference was significant P〈0.05. The content of serum creatinine, serum cholesterol, blood urea nitrogen and 24h urine protein in the two groups were improved, but the improvement of the patients in the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference had statistical significance P〈0.05. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of Yishen Jianpi Huoxue decoction after the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome is significant, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
