摘要
针对折边导致汽车外覆盖件反弹的问题,运用CAE软件Autoform对汽车引擎盖外板冲压全工序进行模拟。通过优化折边工艺、调整工艺参数等措施,分析影响外覆盖件折边反弹的因素及影响程度,选取了调整折边时间差、增加余肉造型、增加法兰边缺口及调整折边工序安排作为4个影响反弹的因素进行分析。结果表明,通过调整折边工艺、补充造型等,改善了零件反弹状况,减小了车门外板、引擎盖外板等汽车外覆盖件的折边反弹。
In view of the problem of the hem springback of the automobile outer panels,CAE software Autoform is used to simulate the stamping process of the automobile's hood outer panel.Through optimizing the flanging process and adjusting the process parameters,etc.the factors affecting the hem of the outer panel and the degree of influence are analyzed.Four factors affecting the springback are selected,including adjusting the flanged contact time,increasing the shape of the mould modeling,increasing the gap edge of the flange and the adjustment of the press process.The results show that adjusting the press process process and supplementary molding,etc.improves the springback stability of parts,and reduce the springback's value of automobile's outer panels such as automobile door outer panel and hood outer panel.
