摘要
绿色制造是中国传统黄酒产业现代化的一次重大变革,此次变革将给黄酒产业带来收益与损失不确定性。项目课题组运用模糊综合评价法,对北方某黄酒公司绿色制造进行经济风险、市场风险、技术风险、动机风险、管理变革风险和政策法律法规风险进行评价分析,并针对相应风险提出解决策略。
Green manufacturing is a major revolution in the modernization of traditional Chinese rice wine industry.
