摘要
本文结合教学实践,分析了老年营养与膳食课程存在的问题,并从教学内容、教学模式、教学手段及课程考核体系等方面对老年营养与膳食课程的教学改革进行探讨。
Based on the teaching practice, this paper analyzed the problems in the course of nutrition and diet for the aged, and probed into the teaching reform of nutrition and diet for the aged from the aspects of teaching content, teaching mode, teaching means and course assessment system.
