摘要
米非司酮是一种高效的孕酮受体拮抗剂,临床上主要用于避孕和引产。综述了目前已报道的米非司酮及其关键中间体的合成方法,并对现有的合成方法进行了初步分析评价,进一步展望了今后米非司酮合成研究方向。
Mifepristone is a highly effective progesterone receptor antagonist,which is clinically used for contraception and induction of labor. The synthetic method of Mifepristone and its key intermediate was in- troduced and preliminarily analyzed in this paper,besides,the orientation of process improvement of Mifepristone was put forward.
