摘要
本文以新景矿15028综掘工作面为研究对象,分析了综掘机割煤垮落产尘所形成的含尘气流与新鲜风流之间的作用关系,计算得到了分段控风控尘系统轴径向出风口与工作面迎头相对位置最佳匹配参数。现场实践应用表明:控风控尘系统参数优化后,降尘效率提升,作业环境得到明显改善。
Taking the No. 15028 fully mechanized heading face of Xinjing Coal Mine as the research object, this paper analyzes the relationship between the dusty airfow and the fresh airfow formed by coal cutting, and calculates the best matching parameters between the axial diameter of the dust control system and the relative position of the working face. Field application shows that after the optimization of dust control system parameters, the effciency of reducing dust is improved, the operating environment is obviously improved.
