摘要 基于镇城底矿在联巷综掘施工时由于拐弯多、工序转换频繁的困难条件,设计施工22616回风巷与三采区后期回风配巷贯通,综掘机转弯尺寸10.6 m,并在转弯处采用联合支护工艺对转点顶板进行支护,顺利实现了EBZ-160型掘进机149°角转弯,同时配合SGZ620/80T刮板输送机反向运输开门拐弯施工,避免了综掘机的拆卸、组装过程中的安全隐患,提高了巷道掘进施工效率,缩短了工期,突出了综合机械施工技术在巷道施工中的优越性,保障了矿井的安全高效开采。 This paper introduces the difficulties of designing and constructing the 22616 return air lin kage lane andthe return air distribution lane in the later stage of the three mining areas in the case of the joint roadway constructionof the Zhenchengdi Coal Mine due to the large number of turns and frequent process changes. With a size of 10.6m,ajoint support process is used to support The turning point top plate at the turning point, and the EBZ-160 boringmachine is smoothly turned at a 149 °angle, and at the same time, the SGZ620/80T scraper conveyor is used forreverse transport ation to open the door and turn the corner. , To avoid the hidden dangers of disassembly andassembly of the tunneling machine, improve the tunnel excavation construction efficiency, shorten the const ructionperiod, and reflect the superiority of the comprehensive mechanical construction technology in the roadwayconstruction. Safe and efficient mining of mines is guaranteed.
