海华大桥主梁悬浇采用前支点牵索挂篮施工,受挂篮自重大,桥位区施工场地有限,以及工期紧任务重等现状影响,海华大桥挂篮拼装采用地面拼装,横向滑移,对称平衡提升等工艺,顺利完成挂篮安装并投入使用,并对前支点挂篮安装关键技术的总结与阐述,详细介绍安装过程的具体工艺流程及相关临时结构设计。
Suspension of the main beam of Haihua Bridge adopts the front support pull rope hanging basket construction. Due to the fact that the hanging basket is self-important, the construction site in the bridge location area is limited, and the time limit of the construction period is heavy, the Haihua Bridge hanging basket assembly is ground assembled.
