摘要
行政管理、公共管理和国家治理是社会发展到不同阶段所产生的公共管理思维,深刻影响着档案信息资源规划的价值取向及档案信息资源建设的实践。本文论述了管理思维的变迁及档案信息资源规划价值取向的变化,提出了新时期档案信息资源规划应树立公众理念、服务理念及价值理念。
Administrative management, public management and state governance are the public management thoughts arising from social development at different stages, which has a profound impact on the value orientation of archives information resource planning and the practice of the construction of archives information resource. This paper discusses the changes of management thoughts and the changes of the value orientation of archives information resources planning, putting forward that the archives information resource planning should establish public concept, service concept and value concept in the new period.
