摘要
阴阳是万事万物发生、发展、消亡的本源,而阴阳失衡则是疾病发生的基本病机。肿瘤为万物之一,亦具备其独特的整体阴阳属性及变化规律。根据肿瘤在不同脏腑的表里部位、相同脏腑中不同的发病部位、不同的病理类型、不同的发病阶段探讨其阴阳属性,在治疗上重视调节整体阴阳属性,分阶段论治。
Yin and yang are the source of the occurrence, development and extinction of all things, and the imbalance between yin and yang is the basic pathogenesis of diseases. The malignant neoplasm, which comes from the nature, also has its own overall yin and yang attributes and the changing regularity. Owning to the different viscera location of the tumor, the different parts of the same viscera, the different pathological types and the different stages of the disease, the attributes of yin and yang are different, so it is important to adjust the dynamic balance of yin and yang and treat the disease at different stages.
