摘要
根据行标JGJ/T 23—2011回弹法检测混凝土抗压强度技术规程附录C和附录D中的数据,拟合得到了综合回弹修正值,从而得到了有四分支的统一测强回归方程。这是截至目前,已知分支数目最少的分段拟合公式。主要针对影响混凝土强度值的两个变量——回弹值和碳化深度,进行了敏感性分析,并对其测试过程中可能存在的误差进行了讨论。问题的存在说明了回弹法本身所存在的问题,也表明目前国内混凝土检测领域的现状。
This paper fitts to the data in the appendix C and appendix D of JGJ/T 239-011 Technical Specification for Inspecting of Concrete Compressive Strength By Rebound Method, and gets comprehensive correction of rebound value, thereby the unified strength regression equation with four branches is obtained. This is the subsection fitting formula that has the least number of branches so far. Sensitivity analysis is carried out for the two variables-rebound value and carbonation depth, which affect the strength value of concrete, and the possible arising errors in the process of testing are also discussed. The existence of the problem illustrates the problem of rebound method itself, which also demonstrates the current situation in the domestic concrete detection field.
