摘要
大庆油田天然气分公司南八原稳装置有3台外输油泵,若运行1台外输油泵,存在排量不足的问题;若同时运行2台外输油泵,泵出口阀开度较小,压力能损失达到55%以上,使泵未在最佳工况区间工作,增加了装置的能耗。随着原油产量递减,为达到节能降耗的目的,经现场试验,对南八外输油泵实施优化运行,解决了外输油泵压力过剩问题,减少了压力能损失,提高外输油泵效率,降低了耗电量,年可节电约70×104kWh。
There are 3 oil exportation pumps in Nanba crude oil stabilization plant of Natural Gas Company of Daqing Oilfield Limited Company. If one pump is run, the output capacity is insufficient. If two pumps are run at the same time, the out capacity is larger than required and the opening of the valve of the pump outlet opens small, which makes the pressure energy lose up to 55% and the pump not work in the optimized condition. The crude oil production tends to decrease. The field test shows optimized operation of oil exportation pump can satisfy the required flow rate and head, solve the problem of overpressure of the oil pump, reduce the loss of pressure energy, improve the efficiency of the oil pump and reduce the consumption of electricity. After that We can save Electricity approximately 70×10~4 kWh per year.
