摘要
道地药材是我国医学界通过长时间的临床经验积累出来的具有稳定药效、良好品质的中药材,在世界医药界也同样是在知识资源与物质资源上有着相当的地位优势。为了对道地药材的政策与有关法律进行更好地研究,本文以道地药材的市场经济价值与历史背景为基础,分别从道地药材的特定技术、特定名称、特定区域、特定种质、特定文化等方面进行了研究和分析。道地药材的基本特征在道地药材质量维护、本身价值的体现、传统文化的继承等方面的保护工作中得到了充分的体现,为将道地药材的资源优势转化成地方经济的发展优势奠定了良好的基础。
Traditional Chinese medicine, extracted from Chinese medicinal herb, has accumulated stable drug effect and good quality. In the medical field, it also has a considerable position advantage in the knowledge resources and material resources. Based on the market economic value and historical background of the material, the research and analysis are carried out from specific techniques, specific names, specific regions, specific germplasm and specific culture of Chinese medicinal herbs. The basic characteristics of the medicinal materials are in the quality maintenance of the medicinal herbs, the embodiment of their own value, the inheritance of traditional culture and so on. It has laid a good foundation for transforming the resource advantage of native medicinal materials into the development of local economy.
