摘要
层流等离子作为一种新型热源,在焊接领域的应用尚未见报道。对层流等离子在焊接领域的应用展开研究,进行了层流等离子焊接和层流等离子-MIG复合焊焊接试验。结果表明,层流等离子熔入型焊接具有形成焊缝的能力。通过采用层流等离子熔壁型焊接,可以在不开坡口、保留2 mm间隙的情况下完成12 mm厚Q235A钢板的焊接,且形成的焊缝中熔宽上下几乎一致。
As a new heat source, laminar plasmahas rarely been reported to be used in welding field. In this paper, laminar plasmawelding and laminar plasma-MIG welding have been simultaneously implemented. The results show that fusion-type laminar plasmawelding hasa capability of forming weld. Fusion wall-type laminar plasma welding, in case of canceling the groove and retaininga2 mm gap, is qualified for the welding of Q235A steel plate witha thick of 12 mm. The upper and lower pool widths in the as-formedweld are almost the same.
